The survey was conducted in 2019 to improve the Alias team’s understanding of the realities and challenges of chemsex (the use of psychoactive substances in a sexual context) among MSM and trans* sex workers in Brussels. The focus was placed on: -Substances used and modes of consumption -Frequency of the practice -Forms of payment -Impacts on the lives of sex workers -The needs of sex workers in relation to chemsex It also led to the creation of a dedicated and entirely new section on the website www.chemsex.be (in partnership with the Observatory of AIDS and Sexualities, Ex Aequo, and the Brussels chemsex community network): https://chemsex.be/sexe-sous-chems/travail-du-sexe/
